Dr. Mosher was born in Pacific Grove, California and spent most of his
childhood in Mill Valley, California. Dr. Mosher graduated from the
California College of Podiatric Medicine, Cum Laude, in San Francisco and
served a 2 year surgical residency at the California Podiatry Hospital. He
has been certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American
Academy of Pain Management. He has been in private practice in Roseville,
